These people are liars and scammers. They are a so called “call center” with only 2-4 employees max.

Don’t fall for their lies, Jim Rosen (“the president of the company/owner”) aka James Allen is the biggest *** and liar. Along with his little pet Jesse Mendoza aka “David” aka “manager”(that will never answer the phone or return phone calls). They lie to you about getting your equipment out within 14-28 business days, “weekends and holidays do not count”. Their quoted lead times are just “Estimations”, that is how they will beat around the bush and never get your product out.

I have contacted some of the vendors they deal with and they have bad reputation with them as well.

When they claim “your product has “shipped” it really hasn’t they more than likely haven’t even paid the vendor to get the product out. Pleas don’t allow yourself to get scammed by these people I can go on and on about their book of lies.

For those of you who didn’t see the CBS story on Jim Rosen and Fitness Deals USA aka FitnessBlowout, 24hourfitdeals and here is the link: https://losangeles.cbslocal.com/video/program/1200/3941032-2-on-your-side-fitness-deals-usa/ Jim Rosen aka "Levi" changed the name of his website following the CBS Story that aired on 9/27/18. 24hourfitdeals.com is now Bestbuyfitness.com.

He is attempting to hide his bad reputation under all of the links for Best Buy. This is the same strategy he used for 24hourfitdeals which pulled up results for 24hourfitness when trying to look for reviews. He's probably using a different name now as well. He is still in business.

This guy wont return calls regarding refunds. I've filed complaints with the states attorney general, Federal Trade Commission and LA Business Affairs.
