We ordered - and paid for - a Physiostep for my mother in law on April 6,2018. It was to be shipped from Columbus, Ohio by May 11,2018.

It is now August 23,2018 and we have yet to receive the equipment. Our calls are never returned. We even contacted the Attorney General in our state and Fitness Deals will not return their calls nor take their calls. When we were ordering and ask about bad reviews, we were assured it was all by an ex employee.

We are NOT ex employees, Just hard working Americans trying to do the best for our parents. This company is run by a bunch of con artists making an illegal buck off of honest people.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $4098.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Not receiving my order.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced. Select employees of our company have been helping many thousands of our valued customers live longer, healthier lives for up to 33 years.

Our company experienced extreme financial challenges and it was unable to pay vendors to ship orders. The company’s President cares so deeply about his customers that he has been injecting hundreds of thousands of dollars of his personal life savings in recent years into the business so customer’s orders could ship. He recently borrowed money so that any remaining customers would also be satisfied in full. We also posted a message in large, bright text on the homepage of our website many months ago inviting customers who had undelivered orders to email us at WeCare@FitnessDealsUSA.com, so that we could satisfy them in full.

The company has been sending correspondence to customers, requesting that they email us, if they didn't receive delivery of their order, so that we could fully satisfy them.

For those of you who didn’t see the CBS story on Jim Rosen and Fitness Deals USA aka FitnessBlowout, 24hourfitdeals and here is the link: https://losangeles.cbslocal.com/video/program/1200/3941032-2-on-your-side-fitness-deals-usa/ Jim Rosen aka "Levi" changed the name of his website following the CBS Story that aired on 9/27/18. 24hourfitdeals.com is now Bestbuyfitness.com.

He is attempting to hide his bad reputation under all of the links for Best Buy. This is the same strategy he used for 24hourfitdeals which pulled up results for 24hourfitness when trying to look for reviews. He's probably using a different name now as well. He is still in business.

This guy wont return calls regarding refunds. I've filed complaints with the states attorney general, Federal Trade Commission and LA Business Affairs.

Call your bank and put a stop payment on the check you have up to a few months to do this. Tell them it’s for fraud as you never received your machine and the company won’t respond.
