We ordered a very expensive piece of exercise equipment for our disabled son. He has a brain injury that causes tone.

He needs to keep moving. He was frustrated after being in a rehab hospital for a year and then 88 times to our local rehab center. We thought something in our home would be awesome!! We had our credit card bill and still no piece of exercise equipment!!

Weeks of lies and promises....and still no delivery!! We had American Express cancel our order and refund our money. We got on Amazon and saved 685.00 by ordering there. We have a delivery date of December 1st...even know what time it will arrive.

This company never could give us a tracking number or even an estimate of when it would be here. We messed around with Fitness USA for 6 weeks!!

Their customer service is absurd! They pretend they are great and THEY ARE NOT!!
